Provide technical support to internal departments and stay up to date **Job Mission** Develop and deliver technical training in refrigeration and all other product lines sold by Frigelar, ensuring employee competency, up-to-date knowledge, and standardized technical understanding. Meet internal department requirements, contributing to service excellence and increased customer satisfaction. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Develop training content for technical refrigeration training and other product lines sold. * Evaluate the learning process using appropriate tools, proposing improvements to applied methodologies. * Deliver technical training to promote employee development and qualification. * Specify materials and accessories required for practical classes. * Organize logistics and manage training activities under their responsibility. * Prepare monitoring and evaluation reports for training sessions, assessing participant performance and qualification levels. * Deliver training to sales teams during the opening of new branches. * Provide technical support to internal departments on topics related to products and their applications. * Stay up to date with innovations, technical standards, and new product launches in the industry. * Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs. **Basic Requirements** * Technical qualification in Refrigeration is desirable. * Solid knowledge of refrigeration and other product lines sold. * Experience delivering technical training or professional development. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in sales of refrigeration products and other product lines sold. * Willingness to travel.
