Contribution to sales efficiency and organization ### **Internship Position – E\-commerce** **Job Description:** We are seeking an intern to work in the e\-commerce area, supporting operational routines and customer relationship management in digital environments. The candidate will have direct contact with online platforms and marketplaces, contributing to sales efficiency and organization. **Schedule: 08:00 to 12:00** **Salary: 750.00** **Main Responsibilities:** * Product listing and updates on the Vtex platform and marketplaces * Basic image editing and processing for products * Customer service via WhatsApp and marketplace chat * Order entry and organization * Monitoring deliveries and order status **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in fields such as: * Marketing * Advertising and Public Relations * Design * Photography (technical or undergraduate) * Strong written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Basic computer literacy **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or similar) * Experience with e\-commerce platforms or marketplaces **Type of Position:** Internship Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
