If you enjoy solving problems, pay attention to details, and want to work with modern technologies, this opportunity is for you! **SIP Telephony (Orpen) Support:** You will be responsible for extension creation and configuration, call queue management, and diagnosing telephony-related failures. You will ensure stable and efficient corporate communication. **Device Management and Configuration:** Includes notebook formatting and preparation for new users, policy and configuration deployment via **Microsoft Intune**, protection with **Microsoft Defender**, and device integration into **Azure AD**. **Security and Compliance:** Implementation of corporate security parameters, configuration of **MFA (Multi\-Factor Authentication)**, application of device encryption, and monitoring to maintain compliance with internal policies. **Printer Maintenance and Configuration:** Toner replacement, print parameter adjustments, and network configuration to ensure proper equipment operation. **User Support and Assistance:** Resolution of incidents related to hardware, software, and connectivity; support in using corporate tools; and guidance on security best practices. Requirements: Currently pursuing a higher education degree in related fields. Prior experience in this area is a plus.
