




Job Summary: This role supports the identification of training needs, organizes and manages logistics for training sessions, and maintains learning platforms and documentation. Teamwork and good communication **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support the identification of training needs (ITN) in collaboration with departments; Organize and provide logistical support for in-person and online training sessions; Manage registrations, attendance lists, certificates, and training records;; Update and monitor KPIs and reports for the Training & Development (T&D) area; Maintain and administer learning management systems (LMS); Support onboarding programs for new employees; Provide support to internal trainers and external vendors; Assist in communication and promotion of training initiatives; Keep controls and documents of the department up to date. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields; Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; Interest in personnel development and corporate education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills and attention to detail; Industry experience is desirable. **DESIRED COMPETENCIES:** Proactivity; Teamwork; Quick learning ability; Effective time management; Interpersonal relationship skills.
