Its focus is to help organizations optimize people management and promote a more efficient workplace. **Responsibilities:** Analyze the technical feasibility of manufacturing our products at suppliers (tooling, labor requirements, ROI). Provide production support in OEE analysis and scrap reuse, proposing and implementing corrective actions. Generate technical documentation (process sheets, technical instructions, manuals, control charts, autonomous maintenance). Perform technical budgeting for procurement requests. Align product development requirements with manufacturing requirements. Support analyses related to automation projects and equipment improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
