




Job Summary: A professional to provide high-complexity technical support, diagnosing and resolving failures in remote gatehouse and access control systems, with a focus on connectivity and equipment. Availability for on-call duty / standby shifts and flexibility in working hours. **Responsibilities** * Handle high-complexity technical support tickets (escalated from Level 1\) * Diagnose and resolve failures in remote gatehouse and access control systems * Perform remote access and support field teams * Monitor and address connectivity, power, and equipment failures * Document support interactions and solutions **Requirements** * Experience in technical support (Level 1/Level 2\) * Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP) * Basic knowledge of MikroTik RouterOS (access, configuration reading, and diagnostics) * Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems * Analytical and problem-solving skills **Attention:** * We seek a candidate with **availability for on-call duty / standby shifts**, as support outside regular working hours may be required on certain days. * Flexibility in working hours, responsibility, and readiness to respond promptly to emergency requests are essential. * Predefined shift schedules and conditions will be aligned in advance per company guidelines. ***Work Schedule:*** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 Compensation: R$2\.343,85 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
