Join our team — check out our open positions #LI-ABGIBRASIL We seek an Innovation Analyst with strong consulting expertise, capable of leading strategic initiatives focused on results, cross-team collaboration, and excellence in client relationships. ⸻ **Key Responsibilities:** * Bachelor’s degree completed at least 5 years ago in Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Science, Automation Control, Mechatronics, or related technology fields * Writing technical reports for innovation projects * Writing scientific texts and publishing articles * Results-oriented mindset and project development\- Experience in innovation management, open innovation, and innovation promotion * Mapping and analyzing R&D&I projects * Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to support project structuring * Securing and managing financial resources (direct and indirect) for innovation projects * Identifying and monitoring funding opportunities; designing, submitting, and managing projects for funding agencies; delivering technical and financial accountability reports; process design; indicator development and tracking * Analyzing and classifying expenditures to calculate tax incentives * Creating scenarios and simulating benefits * Identification and experience with R&D&I projects * Participating in internal meetings, client visits, and innovation events * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI is essential * Strategic resource acquisition and management for innovation, with specialization in tax incentives such as the “Lei do Bem” (Law of Good) and the “Lei de Informática” (Informatics Law) * Acting as the focal point between internal teams and clients, ensuring efficient demand and expectation management * Defining and monitoring project timelines, scopes, risks, and performance indicators * Supporting business and technical areas in prioritizing initiatives, aligning deliverables with strategic objectives * Managing project governance through executive reporting and action plans * Creating and maintaining project documentation, progress reports, and success indicators ⸻ **Requirements:** * Proven experience in project management (agile, traditional, or hybrid) * Practical knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar * Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills * Experience in client-facing roles, active listening, and end-to-end project development ⸻ **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in digital transformation or tech projects * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency Within our team, we offer local management that fosters knowledge exchange and focuses on employee development to help our clients innovate and advance their careers.
