Job Summary: This role involves providing technical support to users, managing IT incidents, and performing hardware and software installations and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience * Supporting internal and external customers; * Technical support routines; Knowledge Information systems relevant to your field of work; installation, assembly, maintenance, and configuration of hardware, software, and applications; Responsibilities Support and guide internal, external customers, and suppliers. Perform identification, diagnosis, resolution, and monitoring of incidents/service requests in Technical Support for Information Technology users, in accordance with predefined standards. Provide initial support and/or escalate specialized technical requests when necessary. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and applications in accordance with predefined standards. Assist with backup procedures, disk space management, user registration/deletion, and file organization/maintenance. Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, texts, and documents related to your area. Assist in tracking the status of Information Technology Management services. Manage inventory of materials within your area.
