Join our Network too! \#vemprarede Responsibilities and Duties: * Serve and negotiate with delinquent customers via phone calls; * Enter call status, conversation summary with the delinquent customer, and debt payment arrangement into the system; * Confirm and update the delinquent customer's registration data; * Perform customer service procedures according to quality guidelines; * Conduct online searches. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in collections, telemarketing, or telecustomer service is desirable; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (IT); * Work schedule: Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Medical and dental assistance * Flexible Benefit (Meal or Food Allowance) * Performance-based bonus * On-site cafeteria and snack bar * Transportation allowance
