Monitoring of product expiration dates and storage conditions A snack bar in Novo Hamburgo is seeking a Kitchen Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing snacks, portions, and quick meals. Wash, cut, and portion ingredients. Support sandwich and dish assembly. Assist with frying and preparing simple dishes. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and work areas. Properly organize and store food items. Monitor product expiration dates and storage conditions. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Aide, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
