Job Summary: Civil Engineer with a strong technical profile and advanced proficiency in BIM for developing engineering projects in the retail and supermarket sectors. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced technical modeling and data extraction in Revit We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a strong technical profile and advanced expertise in BIM platforms to develop engineering projects applied to the retail and supermarket sectors. The focus will be on technical detailing, system coordination, and ensuring the constructability of the firm's projects. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and detailing civil engineering technical projects; Coordinating architecture and complementary projects (structural and MEP); Performing advanced technical modeling and data extraction in Revit; Analyzing interferences and proposing technical solutions to optimize construction costs and schedules; Providing technical support in preparing material quantities and specifications. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (active CREA registration); Software: Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory); Experience: Proven experience in developing technical/executive projects; Preferred Qualification: Knowledge of steel structure or commercial MEP projects; Analytical, proactive profile with excellent organizational skills.
