




Act as a **Product Owner** for the **Public Payroll Deduction** business lines, responsible for the strategic and operational evolution of products—from conception through production support. You will be responsible for **leading the creation of new products, improvements, and features**, ensuring alignment with business needs, customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Manage the **product portfolio across its entire lifecycle.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage the **product portfolio across its entire lifecycle**, including: * Defining and prioritizing the backlog based on business value, risks, and metrics; * Continuously analyzing **KPIs, performance metrics, and profitability**, proposing adjustments and enhancements; * Collaborating closely with technology, UX, legal, compliance, operations teams, and strategic stakeholders; * Ensuring product competitiveness against market benchmarks and financial industry trends. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a **Product Owner or Senior Product Analyst**; * Experience with financial products, preferably **public payroll deduction**; * Strong expertise in **backlog management, functional requirements, user stories, and prioritization**; * Experience analyzing KPIs, product metrics, and data-driven decision-making; * Knowledge of core banking systems (**Function System is a plus**). * Strategic vision and critical thinking; * Ability to influence stakeholders and make autonomous decisions; * Clear, concise, and business-oriented communication; * Analytical, proactive, and results-driven profile; * Maturity to operate effectively in complex and highly regulated environments. **Additional Information** Digio is more than a digital bank.
