Job Summary: We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Tax Auditor with full autonomy to perform tax analysis, auditing, and identification of tax optimization opportunities. A technically and strategically oriented environment with accelerated professional growth We seek a **Senior Tax Auditor** with a highly technical and strategic profile, capable of operating with full autonomy in tax analysis, auditing, and identification of tax optimization opportunities. This is not an operational position. We seek someone who already knows how to execute, analyze, and deliver results. Professional Profile: * Degree in **Accounting Sciences or Law** * Solid experience in the tax area * Comprehensive mastery of: * **SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI)** * **EFD Contributions** * **ECD** * Advanced knowledge of: * **ICMS (including ST and monophasic)** * **PIS and COFINS (cumulative and non-cumulative)** * Ability to read and interpret legislation * Analytical, critical, and results-oriented mindset * High autonomy and strong sense of responsibility ⚙ Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive end-to-end tax audits * Analyze and cross-reference data from **SPED, accounting, and tax systems** * Review tax calculations and identify inconsistencies * Map tax risks and savings opportunities * Identify and quantify **tax credits** * Validate tax positions and classifications * Prepare technical reports and strategic diagnostics * Independently conduct analyses Desirable Qualifications (strongly preferred): * Experience in **tax credit recovery** * Background in tax consulting * Knowledge of **Real Profit regime** * Experience with tax parameterization and NCM * Ability to translate analysis into **measurable financial results** What We Expect: We seek a ready-to-perform professional.
