Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and monitoring construction projects carried out by tenants and by the shopping center itself, acting as a facilitator and coordinating renovations and maintenance activities. Support for maintenance operations * **JOB MISSION** Responsible for monitoring construction projects carried out by tenants and by the shopping center itself; Maintain the map library organized and up to date; Serve as the liaison between tenants and contractors during construction periods, sending and receiving required documentation, preparing sketches and drawings requested by the Commercial and Maintenance Departments; Support operations in the absence of maintenance supervisors or during their vacations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – What and How?** -------------------------------------------------- Supervise construction works; Manage new store openings; Act as a facilitator and coordinate renovations of existing stores; Control access for construction teams; Monitor construction phases and approvals; Control installation of construction hoardings; Adjust construction notices displayed on hoardings; Control entry and exit of kiosks; Monitor and supervise internal tenant maintenance activities, including painting, lamp replacement, plumbing repairs, and metalwork repairs; Issue daily construction reports and/or incident reports; Maintain and manage hoarding-related records; Dark mall test **OBSERVATIONS** --------------- Advanced Excel proficiency Intermediate PowerPoint proficiency Fundamentals of construction maintenance Preferred Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
