From the simplest to the most special moments, we help make life tastier for many people. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Work on highly complex processes, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing changes. * Lead projects within your area of expertise, rethinking existing methods and standards. * Analyze data/information and prepare studies supporting decision-making. * Comply with BRF’s Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensuring adherence to BRF’s Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote management, compliance with indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments of the Company, guaranteeing alignment between your actions and sustainable development across BRF’s value chain. * Support leadership in guiding the team. * Receive guidance from leadership to execute new responsibilities, tasks outside standard area procedures, or to resolve complex/unusual problems. * Compare/analyze data to evaluate various response alternatives and propose optimal solutions. * Provide support for area demands (indicators, flow/process analyses), aiming to enable/facilitate deliveries. * Contribute to achieving departmental goals through data analysis and action plans. * Collaborate with team development alongside the coordinator, through training and guidance. * Support immediate manager’s decision-making through meetings and alignments. * Verify severance calculations, provide technical guidance to the team, and serve as the focal point for the process. * Validate tests of systemic improvements. * Verify values calculated for labor charges. * Serve as the focal point for labor charge, employment contract, and union-related topics with corporate departments. * Perform and verify payroll calculations for its three monthly cycles. * Ensure payroll accuracy. * Execute bank transmission, analyze feedback, and contact local HRs for possible adjustments. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. **Desirable Requirements** ------------------------- * Postgraduate degree * English Apply now and become part of BRF!
