This professional ensures service continuity, promotes process improvements within the department, and strategically prevents failures to guarantee operational efficiency and appropriate support to other company departments. * Supervise and guide the IT team (support, infrastructure, and telecommunications) * Ensure system, server, and network availability * Monitor departmental performance indicators * Manage critical incidents and contingency plans * Implement continuous improvements in processes and security * Control access, security policies, and information security best practices * Support technical decision-making with senior management * Ensure compliance with internal and external SLAs * Organize priorities and distribute technical tasks
