Opportunities for professional growth and development ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Professional responsible for conducting active telephone collections with clients in the facilities and physical security sectors, negotiating outstanding debts, monitoring agreements, and updating system information. Will manage delinquency control, issue payment slips, send duplicate copies, and record all follow-up actions, providing support to the finance department and contributing to the company's credit recovery. Desired profile: communicative, organized, skilled in negotiation, professionally oriented, and results-focused.
