Job Summary: Supervise Rental technicians, plan maintenance activities, invoice services, provide technical support, and control costs and materials. Key Highlights: 1. Operational technical support and customer follow-up Career Opportunity: Technical Supervisor Your daily responsibilities include: * Supervising Rental technicians (internal and field-based) through work hour tracking, role direction, demand support, and team development; * Planning and managing preventive and corrective maintenance requests for machinery; * Invoicing maintenance services; * Providing operational support as needed; * Offering technical support in maintenance and spare parts procurement for other operations, when required; * Monitoring and controlling unit costs; * Selecting and training field and internal technician teams; * Visiting customers to assess whether demands are being met according to plan; * Managing spare parts, equipment, and materials for maintenance activities. What we are looking for: * Completed bachelor's degree in Administration or Mechanical Engineering; * Advanced Excel skills; * Minimum 3 years of experience in machinery maintenance; * Knowledge of People Management.
