Responsible for monitoring incidents, risks, and quality-related indicators, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical and administrative processes. Organize and moderate Quality Committee meetings, maintaining updated records, minutes, and action plans. Ensure proper organization and control of institutional documentation, including procedures, protocols, and risk maps. Propose and monitor preventive and corrective actions based on internal audit results, and guide and support leaders regarding quality requirements, with a focus on ONA certification. Support the development, monitoring, and analysis of operational, tactical, and strategic indicators, assisting in decision-making and strengthening the culture of quality and patient safety.
