Main Responsibilities: * Provide direct support to career consultants and jobhunters * Organize and standardize resumes according to the consultancy’s template * Support revisions and organization of professional profiles (resume and LinkedIn) * Attend to career advisory clients (via WhatsApp, e\-mail) * Support consultancy routines and reemployment projects * Prospect and map job openings aligned with clients’ profiles * Organize tracking systems, spreadsheets, and client follow-ups * Assist in scheduling sessions, meetings, and follow-ups What We Expect From You: * Currently enrolled in a degree program in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields * Strong written and verbal communication skills (attention to writing is essential) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines * Proficiency with digital tools * Genuine interest in careers, the labor market, and professional reemployment * Proactive, collaborative profile with strong client-service orientation Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
