We are seeking a talent to fill the role of *Junior Distribution Technician.* **Shall we together turn collaboration into results?** **Responsibilities and duties** In this role, you will work at the Equatorial Distribuição Goiás\-Porangatu unit, being responsible for performing preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on the high-voltage system, including substations and transmission lines. Check out some of the challenges that will be part of your daily routine: * Support electromechanical maintenance of electrical controls in high- and medium-voltage circuit breakers, medium-voltage reclosers, high-voltage sectionalizers, on-load tap changers of high- to medium-voltage transformers, power transformers, capacitor banks, forced ventilation systems, protection and control panels, protective relays, meters and multifunction meters, remote supervision panels, current transformers, and mobile substations; * Support implementation, adjustments, and testing of protection systems for high-voltage lines, high- and medium-voltage transformers, medium-voltage feeders, voltage regulators, high- and medium-voltage transformer thermometers, capacitor banks, mobile substations, oscillographs, protective relays, meters and multifunction meters, control units, transformer thermometers, and protection and control panels; * Support installation, removal, and maintenance of power and control cables; install remote supervision panels, high- and medium-voltage circuit breakers, medium-voltage reclosers, power and instrument transformers, high-voltage disconnect switches, and oscillograph panels; * Support calibration of boundary meters, loss measurements, operational multifunction meters, high- and medium-voltage power transformer thermometers, and oscillography panels; provide daily emergency response when necessary; * Perform visual, thermographic, and ultrasonic inspections on substations and along high-voltage distribution lines; * Carry out civil repairs and substation cleaning; * Perform maintenance on high-voltage distribution lines; * Perform minor pruning along high-voltage distribution lines. **Requirements and qualifications** For this opportunity, we expect the following from you: * Technical degree in Electrotechnics; * Preferably residing in the city where the position is located; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Valid driver's license category B; * Experience in equipment parameterization and electrical controls will be an advantage. **Additional information** **Why apply:** Joining the Equatorial Group means becoming part of a growing company with a culture that values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
