We are eager to receive your application and welcome your energy and drive to make a difference in our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the recruitment and selection process, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, follow-up, and feedback to candidates. Conduct onboarding processes, including document collection and verification, registration, benefit enrollment, and personnel file organization. Facilitate new employee onboarding. Manage daily electronic timekeeping, verifying absences, late arrivals, and overtime hours, and adjusting records based on justifications and approvals. Support offboarding processes, including notifying employees, preparing documentation, canceling benefits, arranging exit medical exams, and overseeing homologation procedures. Manage vacation schedules, advise employees, and support calculations with the HR Analyst/responsible department. Provide guidance and support regarding benefits, payroll, and internal policies. Issue and manage warnings and suspensions per management instructions. Assist in monthly payroll processing, including data entry, verification, pay slip issuance, and monitoring of labor charges. Prepare reports and metrics for the HR area (absenteeism, turnover, overtime, benefits, etc.). Organize files and keep supervisors informed about departmental processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields (completed or currently pursuing). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
