**Mission** ---------- Responsible for analyzing and monitoring workshop and field activities at the farm under their responsibility, aiming to reduce costs, ensure machine availability, and achieve operational excellence. **What you will do** ------------------------ Manage the local maintenance team (operational focus) for soil preparation, guiding and monitoring performance to ensure efficiency, machine availability, cost control, workplace safety, and foster a positive organizational climate. Performance indicators. Management of preventive and corrective maintenance. **External Requirements** --------------------------- * Completed high school; * Mechanical technician qualification preferred; * Valid driver's license category B; * Experience in maintenance management (machine availability and cost control); * Familiarity with technology and Microsoft Office 365 suite; * People management and interpersonal skills; * Teamwork; * Organization; * Residency in the Itapetininga or Angatuba/SP region. **Internal Requirements** -------------------------- * Current position level equal to or lower than the proposed role; * No familial relationship within the same direct departmental reporting line; * Minimum tenure in current role: 6 months; * Experience in maintenance management (machine availability and cost control); * Familiarity with technology and Microsoft Office 365 suite; * People management and interpersonal skills; * Teamwork; * Organization; * Valid driver's license category B. * Education: Completed high school; * Residency in the Itapetininga or Angatuba/SP region.
