We are looking for a **Senior Human Resources Analyst – People Analytics** to join our People Management team **Responsibilities:** Structure the HR data area, ensuring quality, reliability, and data integration. Develop analyses and indicators that connect people strategy to business outcomes, supporting leadership in decision-making. Act as a technical reference from data architecture to the delivery of practical and actionable insights, proposing improvements and supporting the development of a data-driven culture in people management. * Map, integrate, organize, and model multiple data sources from different HR systems (Payroll, Time Tracking, Engagement, Performance, Benefits, etc); * Structure workflows for data collection, modeling, storage, and availability in organized repositories, ensuring consistency across sources and data reliability; * Build and refine dashboards and reports for key performance indicators related to people management; * Ensure governance, standardization, and consistency of data sets by defining criteria and rules for indicators, validating sources, documenting methodologies, and reviewing update routines; * Conduct descriptive and predictive analyses to anticipate risks and opportunities in people-related topics; * Prepare executive reports and presentations to support decision-making forums; * Support the definition of strategic metrics (People KPIs and OKRs) aligned with company objectives; * Provide analytical inputs for cross-functional HR projects (HR operations, compensation, culture, engagement, talent development, workforce planning); * Support HR and business leaders as a data partner, connecting analyses to real management needs; * Act as a reference in HR data, serving as a trusted source for building a data-driven culture within the company. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Data Technology, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related areas; * Advanced Excel skills and experience with data modeling and visualization tools (Power BI, Alteryx, or equivalents); * Basic SQL knowledge for data manipulation (Python or R is desirable); * Solid understanding of HR processes (recruitment, performance, payroll, benefits, engagement, development, etc.); **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of system integration for data collection and delivery; * Basic knowledge of applied statistics and predictive analysis; * Experience in data structure implementation projects, preferably in HR. **Employment type:** Full-time - CLT **Location:** Tatuí-SP **What we offer:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Medical plan (Unimed 50%) * Gympass – for you to take care of your physical health and have plenty of energy! * Conexa – Consultations with Nutritionist and Psychologist * We offer PLR (Profit Sharing) * Health and Well-being Program (Conexa) Just as our products are natural, the best relationships are also natural.
