Job Objective: Assist the horizontal directional drilling (HDD/MND) team in preparing, operating, and organizing the worksite, contributing to safe, high-quality, and productive execution of tasks. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the operator and navigator during all drilling stages; * Prepare and organize tools, drill rods, reamers, accessories, and materials required for operations; * Assemble and disassemble equipment and the worksite; * Assist in preparing and supplying drilling fluid (bentonite mud), as directed by the team; * Support material, pipeline, and equipment handling; * Perform cleaning, maintenance, and organization of the drill rig, mixer, and worksite; * Assist in daily inspections and preventive equipment maintenance; * Comply with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards, using PPE correctly; * Support other operational activities as directed by management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred); * Prior experience in infrastructure projects, civil construction, or horizontal directional drilling (HDD/MND) is desirable; * Willingness to travel and work on-site; * Good physical fitness, commitment, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance; * Breakfast Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Subsidy; * Life Insurance.
