This area specializes in developing and managing financial solutions tailored to the Corporate (Legal Entity) segment. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Engineer Manager, you will work within the Planning Management team, and your main responsibilities will be: * Lead a technical data engineering and BI team, ensuring high-quality deliveries on schedule. Develop team members by fostering engagement, technical upskilling, and an innovation culture. * Manage critical daily data provisioning routines, ensuring data integrity and timeliness. * Plan and execute migrations of processes to cloud environments, eliminating legacy dependencies. * Implement innovative solutions, including Artificial Intelligence use cases delivering tangible business impact. * Enhance dashboards and reports into intelligent dashboards featuring proactive alerts and actionable KPIs. * Orchestrate data delivery and maintenance processes for corporate systems (POBJ, PAD), ensuring compliance and SLA adherence. * Define strategies and structure processes to guarantee consistent delivery cadence (daily, weekly, monthly). * Collaborate with partner areas (IT, Products, Segments) to translate business needs into analytical solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Prior experience leading technical teams and managing complex processes. Solid knowledge of analytical environments (on-premises and cloud). * Programming logic and proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, SQL). * Experience with BI (Power BI) and KPI management. * Strategic planning capability, organizational skills, and ability to manage critical routines. * Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with business areas.
