Job Summary: Work as a Senior PPCP Analyst, responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring production scheduling, managing the order portfolio, and optimizing production processes. Collaboration with various departments across the company We are hiring a Senior PPCP Analyst to work in the Cerquilho/SP region: **Job Description** * Plan and execute production scheduling; * Issue, sequence, and track work orders according to production capacity and demand; * Plan and organize the order portfolio, prioritizing delivery deadlines; * Monitor production progress, identify deviations, and perform rescheduling when necessary; * Close orders and orders in the system; * Track, analyze, and update productive performance indicators (KPIs); * Propose process improvements and new performance indicators; * Update management reports and control spreadsheets; * Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Logistics, Quality, and Maintenance. **Requirements** * Reside in Cerquilho/Tietê or Tatuí; * Completed high school and/or technical education; * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred (currently enrolled or completed); * Prior experience in PCP within an industrial environment; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of productive performance indicators; * OEE knowledge is considered a plus; * ERP experience is desirable. **Additional Information** * Business hours, Monday through Friday; * Health and dental insurance; * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance; * Defined career development plan; * Transportation allowance.
