Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing gold beneficiation plant production processes, ensuring compliance, quality, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and control of gold beneficiation processes 2. Optimization and continuous improvement of productivity and efficiency 3. Technical support and assurance of safety, quality, and environmental protection Job Responsibilities: * Process Monitoring and Control * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) of the gold beneficiation plant production process. * Conduct critical analysis of operational variables and control parameters. * Identify operational deviations and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Evaluate operational trends through data analysis. * Optimization and Continuous Improvement * Propose improvements aimed at increasing productivity and energy efficiency. * Participate in mass and energy balance studies. * Support industrial trials, commissioning, and operational optimizations. * Contribute to reduction of losses, consumables usage, and operational costs. * Technical Support to Operations * Guide operators on best operational practices. * Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Assist in resolving complex process-related problems. * Safety, Quality, and Environmental Protection * Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Participate in risk assessments and investigations of process-related incidents. * Ensure adherence to product quality specifications. * Data Management and Reporting * Prepare technical reports and performance analyses. * Maintain up-to-date records of operational parameters and historical data. * Utilize supervisory systems and data analysis tools.
