Partnership development and business expansion Job Description We seek a professional with leadership qualities, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset to serve as a Purchaser. Responsibilities include prospecting new customers, conducting credit analysis, and negotiating commercial transactions. The role involves grain origination and procurement—with emphasis on soybeans and corn—as well as marketing fertilizers, seeds, and other agricultural inputs, thereby contributing to the development of strategic partnerships and company business expansion. Responsibilities Prospect new customers and suppliers in the agricultural market; Originate grain purchases, focusing on soybeans and corn; Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and commercial conditions for purchase and sale; Market fertilizers, seeds, and other agricultural inputs; Monitor the agricultural commodities market and price trends; Develop and maintain relationships with rural producers and commercial partners; Ensure achievement of volume, margin, and quality targets in operations; Support logistical and contractual follow-up of negotiated transactions. Requirements Experience in grain procurement and marketing (soybeans and corn); Knowledge of the agricultural inputs market (fertilizers, seeds, and agrochemicals); Skills in prospecting and developing customer portfolios; Familiarity with negotiation and agricultural commodities market analysis; Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with rural producers; Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets; Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Business Administration, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. **Work Location:** Campo Novo do Parecis/MT and surrounding region **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) **Additional Information:** This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PCD).
