Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are we looking for?** An organized and attentive individual. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Providing user support via phone, remote, or in-person assistance, and logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution, escalating them to resolver teams when necessary; * Handling incidents related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Delivering technical support to ensure high availability and performance of client platforms, and guiding and training users when required; * Performing requirement analysis, development, testing, acceptance, and deployment related to infrastructure; * Conducting directory mapping, configuring POP/Exchange and Lotus Notes email, setting up user profiles, installing VPN, configuring Active Directory and IP addresses; Performing requirement analysis, development, testing, acceptance, and deployment related to infrastructure; * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Knowledge:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Certificate Services; * Clustering and NLB; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks; * Basic Information Security concepts. * Experience providing infrastructure support for local area networks, including: Wi\-Fi; Switches; Basic cabling; User connectivity. * Performing basic tests on switches installed in racks, as well as executing traceroutes to validate and identify connectivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** * CITRIX knowledge; * ITIL certification; * MCITP: EA or MCSE certification. **Work Schedule:** * ****Night shift (12x36): 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM * Location: Nova Olímpia \- MT * 100% On-site **NOTE:** Hey!
