




Job Summary: Lead performance management, budgeting, and strategic planning for the unit, focusing on process optimization and results, using data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies. Focus on continuous improvement and high-performance culture Job Functions and Responsibilities: * Lead unit-level performance management, focusing on production, cost control, and execution of strategic projects (PMO); * Be responsible for the unit's budget, coordinating its preparation, revisions, and monthly monitoring jointly with operational and corporate departments; * Monitor and analyze operational and financial KPIs, proposing corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives; * Structure and lead strategic, operational, and budgetary planning processes, promoting alignment across organizational departments; * Develop and maintain Power BI performance dashboards and reports, ensuring updated, consistent, and easily accessible data for decision-making; * Coordinate continuous improvement projects, applying methodologies such as Lean, PDCA, Six Sigma, and PMBoK; * Promote standardization of operational and management processes, focusing on efficiency, governance, and scalability; * Conduct alignment meetings, training sessions, and workshops with teams to strengthen engagement and a results-oriented culture; * Collaborate with the IT department to ensure integrity, structure, and maintenance of the operational database; * Foster a high-performance, innovative, and results-focused culture at all levels of the unit. Required Courses and Specific Knowledge: * Experience in mining environments, with focus on production and cost control; * Solid knowledge of data analysis and tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel, and SQL; * Familiarity with management and continuous improvement methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, TOC, PDCA, BPM, and PMBoK/Agile; * Desired experience with operational budgeting and expense control; Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Willingness to reside in Pontes e Lacerda \- MT; Experience in the mining industry.
