Supports technical and strategic decision-making in Geology and Planning. **Exploration Geologist** **Summary:** Plan and execute geological exploration activities, conducting surveys, geological and geochemical mapping, and data interpretation to support mineral feasibility studies. Focuses on ensuring data quality and traceability, supporting technical and strategic decision-making within Geology and Planning. **Responsibilities:** * 1\. Plan and supervise drilling and sampling campaigns weekly, ensuring execution in accordance with schedules, technical standards, and safety protocols. 2\. Conduct detailed field geological mapping using GPS, compass, and geoprocessing software to characterize structures, lithologies, and mineralization, continuously. 3\. Interpret drilling data and laboratory analyses using specialized software to refine geological models and define exploration targets, weekly. 4\. Manage geological and geochemical databases, ensuring correct storage, validation, and consistency of collected information, daily. 5\. Prepare technical reports and geological maps monthly, consolidating field data and laboratory analyses to support mineral feasibility studies and mineral resource control. 6\. Supervise and oversee field drilling teams, ensuring proper execution of activities and compliance with quality and safety standards, continuously. 7\. Conduct periodic field inspections and risk assessments to identify unsafe conditions and ensure compliance with SMS regulations and environmental permits. 8\. Support geotechnical, hydrogeological, and environmental studies by providing geological data and interpretive analyses to underpin multidisciplinary decision-making, as required. 9\. Participate in technical meetings and internal presentations, sharing results and recommendations to optimize exploration campaigns, weekly. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Geology **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in exploration projects **Technical Competencies:** * Geoprocessing * Geological mapping * Data interpretation * 3D modeling software * Technical reporting. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical reasoning * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Technical communication * Results-oriented. **Other Requirements:** * Driver's license category B * Registration with CREA
