




Job Summary: Technical support professional for end users, responsible for maintaining and configuring hardware, software, systems, and networks, and monitoring IT infrastructure. Requirements: * Knowledge of operating systems (installation, formatting, and support); * Computer networks (TCP/IP, structured cabling); * Hardware maintenance; * Virtualization (VMware); * Cloud backup (Microsoft); * Network equipment (Ubiquiti – Wi\-Fi); * Firewall (PfSense); * VPN (OpenVPN and IPsec).
