Additionally, we handle live broadcasts of major events—from state football championships and the FIFA World Cup to the Olympics, Rock in Rio, and even the 24x7 live cameras of Big Brother Brasil, available to all Globoplay subscribers. We are the Information Security Governance team. Our team is responsible for structuring, governing, and transforming data into indicators and analyses that support decision-making in Information Security. We define and standardize strategic, tactical, and operational metrics, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability. Our main challenge is strengthening a data-driven culture by connecting departments and technical teams to develop dashboards, analyses, and analytical solutions that generate meaningful insights. We collaborate closely with Data Engineering teams to enable scalable and sustainable data structures. We create environments where everyone is included, welcomed, and valued. We strive to make Globo increasingly diverse—in representation and thinking—learning from each other and fostering creativity and innovation. **Work Model:** **Hybrid — Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Serving as the focal point for defining and managing corporate KPIs and metrics, ensuring indicator standardization and governance; * Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing data and dashboard requirements from business areas, translating needs into analytical solutions; * Structuring, processing, and integrating data from multiple sources (Data Lakes, databases, internal systems, and structured files); * Developing Power BI dashboards and reports focused on clarity, usability, and decision-making; * Creating and maintaining documentation for indicators, business rules, and data dictionaries; * Collaborating with Big Data and Data Engineering teams to define pipelines, data modeling, and information structuring; * Conducting critical analyses of requirements and metrics to avoid biased or vanity indicators; * Acting as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations; * Proposing continuous improvements to analytical processes, data quality, and monitoring models. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Production Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration with emphasis on Data, Information Technology, or related fields; * Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and Dashboard Development); * Advanced SQL knowledge for queries and analysis; * Experience integrating data from multiple sources and working in Data Lake/BigQuery environments; * Ability to structure indicators with critical analysis and business focus; * Communication skills to translate data into clear insights for both technical and executive audiences; * Experience managing stakeholders and leading analytical requirements; * Organization, analytical thinking, and data storytelling skills. **What Sets You Apart:** * Python for data analysis; * Knowledge of data engineering tools; * Familiarity with process automation; * Experience with version control (Git); * Knowledge of other BI tools; * Understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality concepts. **Additional Information** **Why Join Globo:** Come and let’s create stories and technology together.
