Job Summary: Perform vehicle service and quality testing, guide customers, and contribute to customer satisfaction and technical assistance department productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Motorcycle cleaning and team-based process development Perform services in compliance with established vehicle delivery deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction; conduct quality testing to support the productivity of the technical assistance department. **Unit: Cometa Volkswagen.****\=** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Perform work and all process development in pairs; * Receive and guide customers regarding the operating conditions of vehicle components and systems, preventive maintenance, and services performed; * Assemble, inspect, and install motorcycle accessories in accordance with the manufacturer's manual; * Clean motorcycles as specified in the Service Order (OS) and according to procedures defined by the manufacturer and dealership.
