Our mission is to connect people with innovative solutions and personalized service, providing the best digital interaction experience. **Your mission as an Occupational Safety Technician is:** To combine skills, technical knowledge, practices, methods, and defined policies with the objective of promoting quality of life in the workplace and ensuring the physical safety of employees and accident prevention. **These will be your main responsibilities:** * Deliver various theoretical and practical Health and Safety training; * Conduct and participate in safety inspections and audits of facilities, documents, equipment, tools, vehicles, and PPE/collective protective equipment. * Monitor investigation committees and analyze near-misses and workplace accidents; * Support consultants in developing the Risk Management Program (PGR); * Monitor the development and implementation of the Occupational Medical Surveillance Program (PCMSO). **For this position, these are the minimum requirements you must have:** * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing; * Problem analysis and resolution skills; * Ability to assess risks and develop action plans for accident prevention; * Knowledge of ergonomics and application of regulatory standards; * Ability to work in a team. **We would love it if you have:** * NR-35 and NR-12 trainer certification **The region's favorite company is waiting for you!**
