With the ability to analyze results and communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners, this person will adjust strategies to maximize project benefits and reinforce sustainability. **Your typical day:** * Coordinate the execution of socio-environmental projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and regulatory requirements; * Coordinate involved teams, develop and monitor action plans, budgets, and schedules; * Conduct impact analyses and produce detailed reports on project outcomes and benefits; * Act as the main point of contact with stakeholders and partners, promoting effective communication and adjusting strategies as needed to meet requirements and demands. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Biology, Geography, Environmental Engineering, or related fields in biological sciences and environmental studies; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management; * Experience managing socio-environmental projects, including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies; * Experience managing teams; * Experience planning projects using established project management methodologies; * Ability to identify and manage project risks; * Experience operating project management software; * Ability to review and validate maps and cartographic databases; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Ability to plan and execute multiple tasks. **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance (nationwide); * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * Eva Benefits flexible card; * Gympass * No dress code * Rest room * On-site gym * Flexible working hours * Private pension plan * Sesc membership * Undergraduate and postgraduate tuition assistance **Location:** Nova Lima/MG
