Job Summary: IT Analyst to provide technical support, system administration, and infrastructure services in a mining environment, with a focus on corporate systems and Datasul ERP. Key Highlights: 1. Support for cloud environments and information security A mining company is hiring for: **IT Analyst** **Responsibilities:** Respond to and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 technical tickets; Provide support for corporate systems and Datasul ERP (TOTVS); Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights; Perform maintenance and configuration of IT equipment; Provide network, connectivity, and infrastructure support; Support cloud environments and corporate services; Monitor technological assets and resources; Support implementation of system improvements and updates; Perform technical troubleshooting; Support information security policies; Maintain inventory and technical documentation; Provide remote and on-site support to business units; Support IT projects and operational improvements; Manage departmental budget and maintain supplier relationships. **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; Experience in technical support or IT service delivery; Hands-on experience with ERP systems and end-user support; Knowledge of networking and infrastructure; Knowledge of cloud environments; Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Exchange; Knowledge of Windows operating systems; Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Datasul/TOTVS; Knowledge of cloud and corporate services; Knowledge of IT asset management; Knowledge of Microsoft 365; Proficiency in IT fundamentals and support tools; **Desirable Requirements:** Certifications in infrastructure, networking, or cloud technologies; Experience in industrial or mining environments; Experience with virtualization and servers; Experience in information security; Knowledge of firewalls and corporate networks; Knowledge of backup and monitoring solutions; Knowledge of Power BI. Familiarity with ITIL.
