As an **Operations Runner**, you’ll ensure seamless delivery order flow within our unit, handle administrative tasks, resolve issues, and deliver top-tier customer service. **About the Role:** * Organize and efficiently transport food orders within our unit for pickup by delivery drivers. * Handle administrative tasks, maintain facility cleanliness, and act as a “problem solver.” * Serve as the bridge between Kitchen Central and our partners—restaurants and drivers. **What You’ll Do:** * Be the frontline of our business! * Retrieve orders from kitchens and deliver them to the central processing area. * Provide exceptional service to internal staff, restaurant teams, and app-based delivery drivers. **Qualifications:** * Ability to lift up to 20 kg and climb stairs. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Capacity to independently resolve problems. * Strong communication skills, both in person and online. * A positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. * Customer service, food service, or app-based delivery driver experience is a plus. **About Kitchen Central:** We’re a technology startup revolutionizing food delivery.
