Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs for generating units, mechanical auxiliary systems, and hydro-mechanical equipment. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic turbines. * Apply knowledge of technical drawing interpretation. * Apply knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic diagram interpretation. * Apply technical metrology knowledge. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic lubrication units. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic regulation units. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heat exchangers and cooling systems in general. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pneumatic systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various types of valves actuated hydraulically, pneumatically, or manually. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on oil lines within the lubrication system. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water lines within the cooling system. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on compressed air lines. * Perform disassembly and assembly maintenance on heavy equipment. * Perform maintenance involving lifting and moving heavy equipment. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on load-handling equipment such as gantry cranes and overhead traveling cranes. * Perform maintenance work at heights and in confined spaces. * Perform corrective welding and grinding maintenance. * Perform corrective drilling and threading maintenance. * Support the preparation and execution of technical reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Academic Qualification: Mechanical Technician. * CREA registration of technician diploma; * Mechanical Technician course; * Confined Space Entry Worker and Supervisor Training (NR33); * Working at Heights Safety Training (NR35); * NR10 training (40 hours); * Computer literacy; * ENGEMAN software training. * Driver’s license minimum class “B”; * Five (5) years of experience as a mechanic in hydroelectric power plants with installed capacity equal to or greater than 30 MW; * Crane operation and load handling training and certification (Overhead Traveling Crane). **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
