Earthmoving Site Supervisor Job Description: The **Earthmoving Site Supervisor** will be responsible for coordinating and supervising teams and equipment involved in earthmoving, grading, and site preparation activities. Acting as the liaison between site management and workers, this role ensures that all work is carried out according to the project plans, within scheduled timelines, and meeting quality and safety standards. Responsibilities * Supervise teams of machine operators, assistants, and graders. * Plan and assign daily tasks in alignment with the construction schedule. * Monitor execution of cutting, filling, compaction, and drainage works. * Ensure proper use of heavy machinery (crawler tractors, motor graders, excavators, compacting rollers). * Control productivity and quality of completed works. * Comply with and enforce safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. * Report progress of activities to the site engineer or foreman. * Support resolution of technical and operational issues on-site. Requirements * Proven experience in earthmoving and soil movement projects. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting civil engineering drawings and specifications. * Proficiency in leveling, compaction, and drainage techniques. * Basic understanding of preventive maintenance for heavy machinery. * Completed high school education (technical course in civil construction or related fields preferred).
