The candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's financial and accounting routines, ensuring information organization and accuracy, as well as supporting decision-making. Responsibilities Verifying cash received from stores Entering invoices, bank slips, and contracts into the system Classifying expenses and recording documents Processing receipts and payments Performing bank reconciliations Reconciling accounts receivable (credit cards, bank slips, checks, and others) Preparing and managing financial/accounting spreadsheets and reports Organizing financial documentation Issuing invoices when necessary Customer service for clarifying inquiries and renegotiating overdue payments Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or Financial Management Experience operating the Senior system Experience in the finance area Proficiency in computer applications and Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Logical reasoning and attention to detail Ethical, proactive, and collaborative profile Advantages Experience implementing new systems Experience with financial reconciliation system integrations Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) Desired Education: Elementary School (1st level) * Transportation Allowance * Profit Sharing * Medical Assistance / Group Medicine * Dental Assistance * Meal Voucher * College Tuition Support * Postgraduate / MBA Tuition Support
