Valuing teamwork and knowledge sharing **Job Details** -------------------- **What are the challenges of this area and role:** This person will be responsible for serving customers of Grupo Fleury. We seek someone who welcomes, listens to, and understands customers' needs, focusing on preserving human-centered service while maintaining the quality and excellence we highly value. Responsible for patient reception and routing to examination rooms, providing guidance on procedures performed in ultrasound, MRI, CT, and graphic methods. Applies and verifies forms, performs patient positioning, cleans electrodes and cuffs, types and prints examination reports and images for assembling the patient's file. **Main Responsibilities:** ✓ Route patients to examination rooms according to the appointment schedule, providing information and guidance regarding examination procedures; ✓ Prepare examination images by operating the system and entering examination data as presented by the physician; ✓ Assemble the patient’s file with results, attaching images and the signed report; ✓ Keep equipment clean at all times, performing hygiene procedures for ultrasound transducers, transporting them between examination rooms and utility rooms, and completing required documentation; ✓ Monitor pending issue reports and support resolution efforts, contacting customers when necessary; ✓ Confirm appointments with patients to ensure optimal scheduling and efficient rescheduling; ✓ Procure necessary materials for activities from the warehouse; upon receipt, verify and store incoming materials. **We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:** Before applying, please verify that you meet the requirements and align with our purpose.
