Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support BIM implementation, develop and optimize Revit families and templates, organize BIM libraries, and provide basic technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Support for BIM implementation and standardization 2. Development and optimization of Revit families and templates 3. Multidisciplinary coordination and technical support in Revit **RESPONSIBILITIES** **AGROINDUSTRIAL PROJECTS** * Support BIM implementation: Collaborate on the transition and adoption of BIM into project workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and standardization. * Develop and enhance Revit families: Create new parametric families (BIM objects) customized to requirements, ensuring compliance with specifications and Levels of Development (LOD). * Optimize Revit templates: Participate in reviewing and adjusting existing Revit templates to align them with company standards and best practices across disciplines. * Organize BIM libraries: Assist in managing, cataloging, and updating the library of families and BIM components. * Provide basic technical support: Address and assist Revit users with operational questions and modeling best practices. * Document BIM processes: Contribute to developing manuals and guides on the use of families, templates, and workflows in Revit. * Participate in multidisciplinary coordination: Attend BIM coordination meetings to understand inter-disciplinary interactions. **TECHNICAL SKILLS** Advanced proficiency in Revit: Ability to create and edit models, as well as develop and manage parametric families. Knowledge of BIM standards: Familiarity with BIM concepts (LOD, PEB, etc.) and data organization within models. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD: For transcribing and referencing information from legacy projects. Practical experience with Microsoft Office suite: Essential for documentation and communication. Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering.
