Job Summary: Supervise, plan, and inspect construction projects to ensure execution in accordance with design plans, technical standards, deadlines, and quality requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in physical and financial planning of construction projects **Construction Technician** Supervise, plan, and inspect construction projects to ensure that work is carried out in compliance with design plans, technical standards, deadlines, and established quality requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and inspect the execution of construction and renovation works * Read and interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and hydraulic drawings * Perform measurements, quantity surveys, and material control * Assist in the physical and financial planning of construction projects * Verify compliance with technical standards and occupational safety regulations * Prepare technical reports and progress records of construction works * Support engineers and architects in field and office activities **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Construction * Knowledge of construction drawing interpretation and civil construction standards * Basic understanding of occupational safety * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (or similar software) * Organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work in a team **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience on construction sites * Knowledge of budgeting and planning * Familiarity with software such as Excel, BIM, or MS Project **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Medical assistance * Food basket **SALARY TO BE AGREED UPON** **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Location:** Construction site or technical office Job Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available to relocate to another city or location?
