MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, creating a positive impact experience. Sales Area Organization: Ensure the sales area is always clean and organized, following standard operating procedures (SOP). This includes: \- Table display (neatly folded tables by size). \- Rack display (organized by size, with correct hangers according to product families and categories). \- Daily review during store opening and closing, keeping the area tidy and uncluttered. Price Verification: Check that prices displayed on racks and shelves are correct and updated according to products, ensuring all items are properly priced. Fitting Room Returns: Return products left in fitting rooms by customers who decided not to purchase after trying them on. Product Pinning and Hanger Placement: Organize and ensure proper arrangement of products, including pinning and placing garments on hangers. Restocking Merchandise: Restock merchandise daily according to sales and store needs, opening and unpacking boxes to ensure efficient restocking in inventory and sales areas. Cleanliness Maintenance: Keep the department clean and organized, including dusting tables and equipment with cloths, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers. Shoe Lacing: Lace shoes and organize them properly to facilitate display and visibility for customers. Fitting Room Schedule: Follow the fitting room schedule, checking and maintaining clean fitting cabins after customer use. Clothing Ironing: Iron wrinkled clothes to ensure they are presentable to customers. Inventory Organization: Keep inventory organized according to store needs, including arranging merchandise and hardware in internal areas. Equipment Management: Remove equipment from the sales area whenever necessary, especially during low product inventory situations. Merchandise Allocation: After merchandise receipt by the store inspector, allocate products either to the sales area or inventory, ensuring everything is stored correctly. Store Card Customer Acquisition: \- Perform internal customer acquisition for enrollment in the store card. \- Perform external customer acquisition, approaching people on streets near the store for enrollment in the store card. Performance Monitoring: Monitor store daily results and goals, constantly seeking to improve performance indicators. DESIRABLE (NOT MANDATORY) REQUIREMENTS: \- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales; \- Ability to organize and maintain sales environments; \- Commitment to store goals and excellence in customer service.
