Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant for a bar in Sertãozinho, responsible for assisting in food preparation, sanitation, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Following food hygiene and safety regulations The bar is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Sertãozinho. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing appetizers, portions, and snacks. Sanitize and cut food items. Sort and organize ingredients. Support plating of simple dishes. Wash and sanitize utensils, equipment, and countertops. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization. Assist in proper food storage. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Support the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Support Staff, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required. Thursday and Friday, from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM. Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM. Sunday, from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
