




Description: Candidate profile: * Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing; * Must have experience in media strategy development for campaigns, [online and offline], metrics and performance analysis, and creative inputs; * Proven knowledge of advertising platforms, with focus on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads; * Proven knowledge of data analysis tools; * Excellent oral and written communication skills. This person will be responsible for: * Planning media campaigns for institutional promotion and Institute events, considering the communications strategy and the various available advertising formats, including digital, OOH, radio, TV, and print; * Creating detailed briefs for the development of advertising materials, indicating creative references and benchmarking; * Writing copy for campaigns and advertising materials, including radio spots; * Distributing advertising materials to media companies according to the planned schedule; * Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing performance, impact, and inputs to measure results and investment effectiveness for decision-making; * Conducting, together with the Institutional Relations department, research and new media partnership prospecting for the Institute; * Managing relationships with the Institute’s media partners, maintaining regular contact through visits, meetings, and attendance at events; * Other related activities. 2512200202551929725
