HR ASSISTANT \- GENERALIST We are looking for an organized, communicative person eager to grow in the People Management field to work as an HR Assistant. This position will have a generalist scope, supporting both People Management processes and Personnel Department routines, contributing to a more structured, close-knit, and efficient department. Key responsibilities: People Management: * Support recruitment and selection processes; * Conduct and organize new employee onboarding stages; * Support monitoring and evaluation during the probationary period; * Contribute to internal communication initiatives; * Support endomarketing and organizational climate initiatives; * Provide support for offboarding processes. Personnel Department: * Support new employee hiring processes; * Assist with termination routines; * Support working hours tracking; * Perform postings and controls of payments related to the department; * Support other operational People Management demands.
