Data analysis for decision-making A growing company is looking for a Logistics Process Specialist to manage and evolve end-to-end logistics operations. This person will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day operational effectiveness, as well as structuring and optimizing processes across the entire logistics chain, within an environment involving multiple partners and operational demands. We seek a candidate with strong practical experience, analytical capability, and hands-on operational engagement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure daily execution and stability of logistics operations; * Manage and monitor third-party logistics operators; * Identify and resolve operational issues; * Map processes and implement continuous improvements; * Develop and track performance indicators (KPIs); * Establish controls and standardize processes; * Support decision-making through data analysis; * Act as the interface between internal departments and external partners. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in logistics operations (senior profile); * Experience managing third-party logistics operators (3PL); * Strong hands-on operational experience (practical, action-oriented profile); * Advanced Excel skills (used regularly in daily tasks); * Analytical ability and experience with operational KPIs; * Proactive, organized, and owner-minded profile. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in multi-stage logistics operations; * Experience in process structuring or improvement; * Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI); * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
